扎西才吉，青海三江源药业有限公司董事长。她在事业取得成功的同时，秉承"办好企业，回报社会"的企业宗旨，切实地履行作为一名企业家的社会义务，积极参与社会各项公益事业，多次为贫困地区儿童、教育工程捐资助学，向红十字医院、下岗职工、灾区群众捐款捐物，为打造和谐社会做出了积极贡献。她被授予全国妇联优秀创业女性"突出成就奖"等多项荣誉称号。
Zhaxi Caiji, Chairman of Qinghai Sanjinangyuan Pharmacy Co., Ltd. In the spirit of"contributing to the society", she fulfills the social responsbility as an entrepreneur and takes active part in public welfare, such as donating to children in poverty-stricken areas, education projects, Red Cross Hospitals, laid-off workers and people in disaster areas.
